This section is an attempt to place what I have learned about the key school development issues into a strategic framework. It is hoped that this effort may assist some principals and teachers to formulate their own strategic plans. There is no "best strategic plan". Every school has its own individual issues to be addressed and the cultures within schools may be very different.
